Everything I do is rooted in one conviction: that every person carries something great.

My job and my calling is to help you find it, name it, and walk in it without apology.

... but honestly, those words only tell you what I do. What I actually do is walk into a room and help every woman in it remember who she is. I founded Encouraging Touch Enterprises because I knew there were women out there carrying more than they were showing and they needed a safe place to finally put it down.

Everything I've built since then has come from that same place. The All of Me Without Edit workshop. The You Belong in the Room retreat. The books. The recordings. The stages across the country and beyond.

I show up the same way every time; fully, honestly, and with everything I have. And I don't leave until the room has shifted.

But before all of that, before the stages and the workshops and the sold-out retreat, I was just a woman who knew she was carrying something and was finally brave enough to put it down in front of people.

For years I felt it in the quiet, in the leaning in of people when I spoke, in the fire that rose every time someone told me I was too much. I was never too much. I was just not yet unleashed.

I am a visionary leader

In 2019, I stopped waiting for permission. I stepped into my calling fully, without a safety net, with nothing but faith and a bone-deep knowing that I was supposed to be here.

What followed was a movement I didn't plan. I began speaking on small stages, then larger ones, then international ones. I wrote books. I recorded spoken word pieces that found people in places I've never been. I built a community of women who were done shrinking. I created workshops that cracked women open in the most sacred, beautiful way — and watched them walk out of rooms they couldn't believe they belonged in.

My mission has never changed: to help you not only discover your voice, but fall completely in love with it. Because the world doesn't need a quieter, more edited version of you. It needs all of you. Without apology. Without edit.

And through all of it, I never stopped being exactly who I am. A woman who refuses to shrink. A woman who tells the truth even when it costs her.

It belongs to every woman who has ever felt unseen, every room that needed the atmosphere to shift, every stage that was waiting for a voice rooted in truth and faith and the absolute refusal to settle. I've answered invitations to speak internationally and every time I land somewhere new, I find the same thing: women who are tired of being small. Women who are ready.
